You will help to ensure that patients and physicians have the medicines they need, when they need them.

Key deliverables and responsibilities:

  • Generate Automation Recipes for NPTL and SEG campaigns working closely with the Lead Technologist/Process Specialist using Catalyst/Neo PLM
  • Complete Recipe Testing on the Development System of Automation Recipes before use on Plant
  • Support execution of Automation Recipes during campaign as needed
  • Coach and Train Technologist/Process Specialist colleagues on Catalyst/PLM Recipe Generation and Batch Record Review – increase knowledge base within NPVS. Collaborate and work closely with Training/SQE Technologist.
  • Coach/Mentor PCT during campaign start up – attend HAZOP, FMEA and relevant technical transfer meetings. Platinum award winning campaigns delivering launch and supply requirements.
  • Lead technical discussions/assessments where relevant during start up ensuring operational excellence.
  • Support/Execute campaign start up activities to support the PCT as needed ensuring operational excellence.
  • Complete OEE with lead Technologist/Process Specialist as required.
  • Day role (5 days) to ensure continuity and consistency in support of campaigns  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Excellent inter-personal and communication skills as well as the ability to motivate and influence individuals and the team
  • Be action orientated, and have the ability to lead change
  • Have the capability to make timely decisions and work to one’s own initiative, and proactively respond to business needs.
  • Have excellent problem solving and technical resolution skills with sufficient focus on IMEX
  • Experience in Technical Transfer of New Products
  • Demonstrated applied knowledge of Failure Modes Effect Analysis (FMEA), Corrective Action / Preventative Action Root Cause Analysis and HAZOPs
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to pay attention to detail
  • Strong collaborative skills with an ability to work effectively in a team environment

Work Location Assignment: Flexible
