Job Description

 

Position Highlights:
  • Ensures the timely and accurate abstraction and submission of all clinical trial data for each trial assigned.
  • Facilitates all data management requirements for specific disease protocols.   
  • Review and verify all relevant source documentation, research orders in the subject’s medical record to confirm protocol eligibility.
  • Act as a liaison for patients, physicians, clinical staff and research team. 
  • Mentor new staff and assist with onboarding. Support management by running reports and presenting data, participate in process improvement working groups and provide coverage to other programs as appropriate.
Responsibilities:
  • Extract all required data from protocols, investigators brochure, and any other pertinent source documentation to complete the application process
  • Verification of accurate and complete documentation, including, but not limited to, signed informed consent forms, source documentation, drug discovery logs, subject screening logs.
  • Proofs for data entry errors; reviews case for sense and to identify possible missing data.
  • Verify the accuracy and complete of documentation.
  • Will communicate regularly with the Principle Investigator about study related-issues.
Credentials and Qualifications:
  • Associates degree(one of the basic sciences or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with data management.
