Job DescriptionThe Biologic Therapeutics Center at the Washington University School of Medicine has an opening for a post-doctoral research associate. The laboratory projects will involve studies of the molecular virology of adenovirus for gene therapy and gene editing via CRISPR/Cas9. This position is linked to the NIH’s new Somatic Cell Genome Editing (SCGE) Common Fund and will benefit from all facets of participating with this cutting-edge NIH-directed scientific groups.
Requirements: Ph.D. (or equal degree) in microbiology, virology, molecular biology or a related field. This person should have extensive experience in molecular biology techniques, as well as knowledge of the biology of viruses.
